Curricula within the College of
the Arts include a body of courses designed to assure
that students are given the opportunity to become acquainted
with several basic areas of academic study. Courses in
these areas comprise the General Education
Curriculum (GEC).
The College requires completion of courses in the following
areas:
-Writing and related skills
-Quantitative and logical skills
-Social Science
-Natural Science
-Arts and Humanities
-Capstone Experiences
