Daniel Sosa, who was unsure whether to continue writing this description of himself in the third person, has been heard to remark, "I prefer to go by Danny. I'm an industrial designer who has benefited from working with a variety of diverse teams on a range of projects, both in and outside of the design field. My product design experience includes medical devices, housewares, custom lighting, and a variety of consumer goods. I even spent a few years making longboards (the kind with wheels)." He went on to say, "I enjoy teaching. I have been fortunate enough to sample many aspects of design for manufacture, from end-user research to production chain coordination. With so much variety in the design field, I think there is a fulfilling niche for almost anyone. It's exciting to help students find what they enjoy about the process." Danny seemed to have more to say, but was eager to get back to generating toolpaths for a CNC mill. I'm sure he wouldn't mind hearing from you via email.
