Objectives
- Conduct primary research, data collection, data filtering, and data analysis
- Discern patterns and relationships in small-sized quantified and qualified data with visualization methods (Syllabus DSN 4153 3)
- Understand the process and practice of how data / information design applies to 2D and 3D print-based mediums and digital mediums
- Create compelling visual representations of the data and information that tell a good story
- Familiar with the technological, social, and practical aspects of information design and data visualization from history to the present
