Design Professor has Work Accepted into International Exhibits
Professor Paul Nini recently had two of his poster designs accepted into international exhibits. “Read Think Discuss Make” has been included in the Gyeonggi Design Association. It responds to the theme “Between Creativity and Individuality”. The exhibit occurred in Hubei, China in August of this year at Huanggang Normal University, and is on display in the Gwangju Biennale Dullegil Exhibition Hall in Korea from September through November 2023.
Professor Nini’s poster, “Berlin 1936” was chosen out of 7,000 submissions across 75 countries. It is a part of the inaugural 2023 United States International Poster Biennial. It promotes the US Library of Congress free-to-use historical images collection. This exhibit will be displayed in Long Beach, California, Design District in October 2023. It will also be shown in 2024 in Iowa, Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and international locations such as Poland and China.
Please join the department in congratulating Professor Nini.
