Nola Valerian is a fourth-year Visual Communication Design student at The Ohio State University. Nola spent her summer working abroad alongside a team of talented designers at Outbrain, a web recommendation platform based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Nola’s responsibilities included developing visual assets such as presentations, blog art, and animated icons to support various marketing campaigns. Additionally, she helped in completing internal design requests to support the company’s visual identity. Nola states, “This opportunity has really allowed me to develop my technical design skills and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.”
