On April 25^th, Ohio State alum and CEO of Roto Group, Joseph Wisne, hosted Ohio State Design students and faculty, as well as other central Ohio design leaders, in a discussion about diversity in the Industry. Joseph and his wife Bridgette created the Mayo Peer to Peer mentoring program at Ohio State, enabling the department of design to award a Mayo Scholarship to three underrepresented first-year students each year until graduation. The mission of the Mayo Mentorship program is to advance diversity, equity and inclusive excellence in the Department of Design at Ohio State.
