Thesis Abstract:
Food deserts are an increasingly prevalent problem in affluent nations and the cause of which lies in socioeconomic status of communities, geographical location/layout of food markets, and the mobility constraints of residents getting to and from as well as within the stores themselves.
Being in love with art and design her whole life, Zoey Zhao is interested in designing engaging product experiences for humans. She has a unique skill set of design strategy, user research, information architecture and user interface design. Zoey also considers utility as a great passion for design, allowing many fields of design including integrating painting, illustration, photography and traditional handcraft techniques to influence her pieces.
