Insulin pumps are a vital aspect of maintaining health for thousands of diabetics in the US alone. Insulin pumps are functionally excellent; however, pumpers are often confronted with issues of ergonomics and usability, both physical and cognitive.

The Apollo insulin pump not only addresses the fundamental needs of insulin pump users, it also accommodates the emotional and ergonomic demands that the everyday lives of users place on their insulin pumps. The Apollo pump integrates aspects of form and style with a variety of usability and safety features in order to provide a more accommodating experience that more seamlessly integrates into the user’s life.

Carson Long has a passion for creating designs that are not only desirable, but useful; he believes that design should be used to improve peoples’ lives, in ways big and small. When he's not working, you can find Carson with his head buried in a book or playing video games.
