Atlas Grocery Caddy
Miguel Acero
Industrial Design, 2016
Getting an entire trip’s worth of groceries inside the house is a tedious task. Even when you manage to grasp every plastic loop in one try- it is heavy, your fingers get crushed, it’s difficult to close the trunk and lock the car, and fishing out your keys and trying to open and close the front door is a nightmare. The Atlas aims to alleviate all of that. It is a simple solution for moving and organizing groceries.
Miguel Acero’s college career has been a quest for self-discovery. Industrial design may be the formal title of the experience, but underneath lies a collection of moments and ideas that reach far beyond the design studio. An unrelenting passion for creativity and a desire for an extraordinary life are fundamental driving forces in everything he does. Miguel is currently pursuing his dream of being a professional musician and continues to explore his love of photography.
