Visual Communication Design, 2024

blossum is a mobile app to help foster a healthy mindset amidst the chaos in life through the practice of gratitude and positive psychology. With blossum, users are encouraged to slow down, take a break, and reflect on the blessings in their life in the form of a virtual gratitude journal.

In addition to a journal, blossum is a virtual garden where users exchange gratitude messages in the form of flowers with their friends. blossum's mission extends into reality with real-life gratitude plants at its traveling pop-up. The plant, along with its gratitude message, can be gifted to a loved one and scanned into their virtual garden via a unique QR code. With additional app features to keep track of total entries, streaks, and past journal entries, blossum lets users gradually witness their gratitude for the blessings in their life growing like plants in a garden.
