Visual Communication Design, 2021

Black trans women are the blueprint for pop culture, fashion and major linguistic trends. The need for their lives are integral, and are important to amplify due to their constant marginalization. Amplifying the voices of those who are commonly ignored is vital to show support and display the true meaning of allyship. Blueprint is a social awareness campaign that allows the story to be told to those who are often silenced. Blueprint boosts the experiences of those who have paved the way for the lives of many. These design solutions will provide a space to celebrate and feature the many perspectives that are muzzled underneath the veil of transphobia, racism and misgynoir.
