Breeze is a responsive wayfinding system that enables you to walk the streets of Chicago with confidence and ease. Explore the city at your own pace, from Willis Tower to the shores of Lake Michigan, and discover the true heart of the city on the way.

Walking is the best way to see all Chicago has to offer. However, this is a daunting task for most people who are not familiar with the city. Mobile navigation is a great resource, but our reliance on looking at the map can be a major distraction, causing users to focus more on where they are going rather than enjoying the process of getting there. These distractions can also pose some personal safety risks.

Breeze utilizes the back-end navigation functions of your smartphone, pairing your device with digital signs known as waypoints. These waypoints are located all across the city and act as your visual guide as you walk block by block to your destination. They recognize your unique device and provide personalized directions, eliminating the distractions caused by the need to repeatedly check your phone.

With Breeze you can see the city, not your screen.
