Senior Electric Shopping Cart Solution

Electric shopping cart in the current market could not meet most of seniors’ needs. Seniors’ health condition is different from younger consumers’. They walk to stores getting tiring experience; they have vision reduction; they are lack of muscle training and are unable to reach items or carry bags. Therefore, electric shopping cart should be designed to make improvement for seniors.

Care cart is created to provide safe, sturdy, reliable, electric shopping carts for worry-free senior shopping-care services. Seniors with medical conditions could use cart more efficiently and comfortably. The highlighted features of care cart are movable chair and basket, which offer users more flexibility.  Also other features, for example cloth storage, ergonomic control system panel, provide comfortable feeling for users.

Mi Tian, as a senior student at the Ohio State University — Columbus, has acquired skills in product design, studio art and manufactures process. Her background includes serving as a product designer associate with both electric software and hardware engineers. She has a high professional level of making CAD models and creating products. She is an energetic and enthusiastic person who has creative ideas everyday.
