Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. Reimagining the stadium concession experience.

Fan experience at stadiums is a major consideration for all events. However, the experience associated with concessions has largely been ignored. Through field research and interviews, the Crave System was developed. The key strategies include a pre-ordering service with vouchers and a "Fast Pass" for season ticket holders, a reorganized space, a new ordering system and a post-game discounted food service. Incorporating this structure into any concession environment helps decrease perceived wait times and costs while improving efficiency and overall fan experience.
