Establiss is an inspirational habit tracking system consisting of a tangible journal and a companion phone application to help you focus on the journey of conquering your goals.

This journal is different from other planners, helping you to apply intent, positivity, and self development to your life. Establiss will walk you through three sections to help you: discover your goals, set intentional habits, and thrive in your progress.

The companion phone application allows you to set daily check in times along with weekly reminders to return to your journal. The app’s simplicity keeps you more focused on your tangible journal and less on your technology.
