It has features for meditation, journaling, setting goals, and a dynamic progress section. Meditate with drawing, breathing, and yoga. Use the visual based journal to keep track of your life. Set goals to stay motivated. See the my progress section that has an artificial intelligence that takes all your data and pulls it together in dynamic ways so you can see your progress and growth. By possessing good emotional intelligence it will help you become more empathetic, connected, and successful with yourself and the people around you.

Sara Fullenkamp is a 2019 graduate in Visual Communication Design at The Ohio State University. Passionate in multiple areas of design, with a focus on branding, web design, design research, photography, and event planning. She finds delight in exploring things and taking on new challenges. Her hobbies include doodling, singing, and dancing to express her creative side. In love with traveling, she aspires to be an international designer someday.
