There are five major spaces within Mandala Healing Arts Center. The largest area contains an indoor garden and a grand yoga studio. Small yoga studios, therapy spaces, and meditation sanctuaries make up the outermost ring of the building.
The indoor garden contains a tea bar and allows for walking or resting at any time while encountering the diverse experiences that Mandala offers.
Three yoga spaces allow for multiple classes to take place at once, as well as a variation in class intensity and focus.
There are a variety of therapy options including massotherapy, reiki, acupuncture, and aromatherapy.
The opportunity for group or private meditation spaces allows for each individual to meditate in the way in which they are most comfortable.
Kristina Oullette is currently finishing up her final year in the Interior Design program at Ohio State University. She has had the good fortune of traveling to many wonderful places in her young life, including the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and the Caribbean for 3 weeks on a catamaran, sailing and scuba-diving around the islands. Travel has since become a passion for her, inspiring and informing her work in design. The brilliant colors, shapes and textures of sea life continue to be one of her fondest inspirations.
With the constant deadlines and demanding schedule of a design student, she has learned that she thrives under pressure and frequently exceed her own high expectations. She credits her Montessori education, from age 2 through grade 8, with her ability to work well independently and as a team member. She comes from a musical family and performed very well in high school Speech Team.
he believes this background has made her a natural leader and excellent communicator. She welcomes any challenge. Kristina is a quick study, efficient, detail-oriented and an asset to any team!
