Columbus Fury 2025 Season Creative Direction
The Pro Volleyball Federation is the first professional women's volleyball league in the United States, and Columbus, Ohio, is home to one of the nine teams, the Columbus Fury. As the team enters its second season, my project aims to develop an expanded brand system that expresses the power, energy, and passion of the Columbus Fury, increasing social media engagement and brand visibility. The project consists of a brand expansion, a season style guide, and brand applications. Additionally, the brand applications include social media graphics that drive fan engagement, print materials that increase visibility within the community, merchandise that brings fans together, and other deliverables that empower female athletes.
Megan Feeney is a motivated designer pursuing a Bachelor of Science in visual communication design, with a minor in communication technology. She is extremely passionate about design within the sports industry and is currently an intern with Ohio State Athletics. Upon graduation this spring, she’s looking to start her professional journey in the sports industry, where she can bridge her passion for design with her life-long love for sports.
