Mindful Moments is a mobile app and brand where Alzheimer’s patients and their family members have a space to positively support each other during the caretaking process, allowing them to bring back their family’s spark that was lost post-diagnosis. This dual-entry app has a “patient side” and a “family side”, each with a different set of research-based features that support each user. The current market lacks resources for supporting the entire family and day-to-day caretaking needs. Mindful Moments serves to bridge that gap by providing a tool that allows families to reclaim what matters most in life - moments with each other.
