FrunkFlex

Spills, crushed items, and shifting cargo are common frustrations when transporting items in the vehicle. Whether you’re an artist transporting expensive supplies or making your weekly grocery run, these mishaps can be catastrophic. The FrunkFlex is designed to transform how we transport items in modern electric vehicles.

Using the FrunkFlex is a simple and intuitive process. To begin, simply pull the front handles to release the strap to your desired length. Once the strap is released, load your items into the frunk. After loading your items, press the button on the side wall of the frunk
to softly retract the strap.

By offering a secure, flexible, and cushioned storage solution for the frunk, FrunkFlex minimizes the risk of shifting and damage, providing drivers with the confidence and peace of mind they need. FrunkFlex enhances the practicality of the electric vehicle's frunk, turning it into a reliable, secure space for all types of cargo.

Morgan Brown is a senior studying Industrial Design at The Ohio State University with a passion for soft goods design.
