OMNIFORM Fitness is an LGBTQIA+ safe space that promotes better social and mental health through physical fitness. It serves to create a wellness community within the neighborhood of Franklinton in Columbus, OH where the average life expectancy is 18 years shorter than the rest of the city. This can be attributed to physical factors such as lack of diet and exercise or mental health issues like depression and suicide. It is often linked with low socioeconomic status. The LGBTQIA+ community is 3 times as likely to experience mental health conditions and at 5 times the risk of suicide thoughts and attempts.

Physical fitness reduces stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting self-esteem and self-confidence. However, many LGBTQIA+ people do not meet the required levels for a healthy lifestyle due to issues of safety and acceptance in gym settings.

OMNIFORM provides a fitness experience focused on providing mentorship while creating social connections.
