PEAK is where nutritious, culturally appropriate food comes together with an educational experience like no other. Guests arriving at PEAK have three options for their dining experience:
- A food hall-esc open seating space where multiple cuisine styles come together.
- A fast casual experience with fresh, seasonal dishes prepared and delivered directly to your table.
- A high-end fine bar and dining experience with open kitchen concept.
In addition to the guest experience, students receive the premiere culinary education with classes ranging from basic cooking, to high-end serving, all the way to restaurant management. These students earn not only the PEAK degree, but a joint diploma from the Columbus Culinary Institute as well as Ohio State University, thus allowing students’ applications to stand apart from those of their competitors for the same jobs.
Samantha Bonner is part of the Ohio State University Graduating Interior Design Class of 2019. She is passionate about her involvement within the Ohio State community. Sammy is involved in Buckeyethon, Ohio State’s largest student-organization, as the Team Captain for the Department of Design, raising over $5,000 over her four years. She is also passionate about TEDxOhioStateUniversity as part of the design team, as well as the International Interior Design Association. After graduation she is looking forward to exploring all aspects of interior design here in Columbus.
