Visual Communication Design, 2016

Plexus enhances the doctor’s office experience by creating a clear and effective method of communication. It is a system of interfaces that provides patients and doctors tools based on what is necessary before, during and after an appointment.
It can provide patients with mobile check-in, access to their medical records, in-depth treatment options, and advice from the doctors. Plexus stores and presents doctors with organized patient information, while using imagery and layman’s terms to communicate. Plexus is intended for use in primary care offices but has the ability to be integrated in all medical environments.
