Pursue & prosper is a live-work community in East Franklinton. Legacy residents have an opportunity to pursue their passions and live with like-minded individuals.

Members are provided with retail and residential rental spaces that have been price adjusted to accommodate the median income of west Franklinton.

Residents can start their own businesses in a safe, supportive environment, being guided by professionals along the way. We provide assets that allow our residents to prioritize their mental and physical health while also guiding their business, allowing it to prosper. We exist to create work-life balance and overall wellness for our community.

Cathleen Gleason is Graduating with a BSD in Interior Design from The Ohio State University. Having started as an Environmental Science major, her love and passion for sustainability carried with her to the interiors program and has translated into her focus on sustainable design. Cathleen plans to pursue her LEED and WELL certifications as well as her NCIDQ certification. She hopes to focus on hospitality design and create spaces that have a positive social impact on her community.
