Metaverse is arriving and is changing the landscape of sports world.

“Ramsverse” is a project with the goal of exploring how professional sports teams evolve as Metaverse (Web 3.0) arrives and envisioning fans' experiences through prototyping future scenarios. In this project, I am envisioning a VR experience through the lenses of Los Angeles Rams. I am painting a picture of how we can experience gameday like never before in the “Ramsverse”

The key word of this project is “envisioning. Emerging technologies brings so many exciting possibilities in the foreseen future in sports world, and I hope to visualize those dynamic and immersive scenarios through multiple pillars of design, such as user research, illustrations, brand identify, and motion graphic.

Ran Ren is a 2023 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Design. As a creative, Ran enjoys storytelling through illustration and design. As a big sports fan, Ran is passionate about sports-related illustration/design and is pursuing a career as a creative in sports industry.
