Franklinton is changing; there is new construction, new residents, and new opportunities, but what about the residents that were there before all this change? Buildings such as the Gravity building and River and Rich apartments, along with many other retail spaces are going up in Franklinton, causing the housing price to triple in the last few years. Causing rent prices to increase, as well as takes locations the homeless previously could utilize. Re-Fresh aims to help the residents that have been displaced, providing a safe place to shower, do laundry, get fresh clothing, and to hang out during the day. Working to create a welcoming and safe space for the displaced and homeless to encourage repeat users Re-Fresh welcomes those that need a helping hand. Together we can empower and refresh.
