Skadoodle is a self-esteem boosting activity game that is focused on fun and team-building activities. It utilizes fun, communication, talents, and interaction in activities on cards to address the issue of low self-esteem. Each of these aspects allows players to feel more comfortable with themselves, as well as provides them with the understanding of how to communicate their feelings with others. Cards are separated into four categories: a talents category (show off), a silly rules category (say what), a charades with props category (use it), and a team-building exercise category (all in). The scoring also utilizes a technique that players help each other to boost their own game. Skadoodle helps youth obtain a positive self-image and gives parents knowledge and inspiration to help their children be happier and more confident.
Tori Puthoff is a motivated designer, with a love for painting and singing, that grew up in a very small town called Maria Stein. She attended Sinclair Community College and received her Associate’s degree. She continued working hard to achieve her Bachelor’s from Ohio State because she knew the Ohio State Design Department focused on the importance of research and understanding users. Tori enjoys this combination because she wants to design to make users’ lives better.
