Fast Fashion: A term used in the fashion industry where styles and trends are massed produced quickly and inexpensively to allow the mainstream consumer to buy current clothing styles at a lower price.

Because of this, major fashion industries constantly bringing in new styles and producing them very cheaply and low quality. Clothes created from Fast Fashion brands are manufactured in sweatshops and factories located in under developed countries where the wages are low and conditions are poor. As consumers, we produce massive amount of waste by buying and throwing away clothes. The problem is, as consumers, we are not aware how much the world is compensating for the clothes we buy.

Thoughtful Threads is an activity book that gives us a positive and guilt free experience where we can have fun while thanking people in the world for creating the clothes we love.
