Thrive: A Lifestyle Wellness Center

Interior Design, 2016

Physical and mental health are the backbones to wellness which make up Thrive, a wellness recreation center designed around a theme of balance.  It merges the characteristics of physical health (muscular strength, cardiovascular strength, endurance, and flexibility) with the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which express mental health to create a balanced, multidimensional and holistic interior environment.  These characteristics work in conjunction with design principles of hierarchy, contrast, and scale to allow users to achieve a self-directed mind, body, and soul balance which will overflow into their daily lives.
