A hygiene center for the homeless.
Women and men are welcome to stop in to be renewed. There are refreshing zones available for both that provide a peaceful and practical space for hygiene and rest. People will feel comfortable and relaxed after coming in from off the streets. Spaces are differentiated based on gender and function, establishing safe and appropriate areas for both men and women with services for both. There is also the opportunity to connect with neighbors in the lounge areas and at the community garden ramp. Stop by and get refreshed at UrbanDrop!

Raine McMullen is a fourth year Interior Design student. During her time at The Ohio State University, she has enjoyed learning how the design process can be used for helping others and improving quality of life. Her internships at BHDP Architecture and Ten Penny Design have given her varied experiences, along with her role as Design Director for TEDxOhioStateUniversity. Raine and her fiancé, Jed, are excited to make the journey to Berkeley, CA in August where she plans to pursue a career in interior design and finally get a chance to create more personal artwork.
