Objectives

By the end of this course, students will:
  • Understand the essential concepts of storytelling with media
  • Know how to appropriately and strategically integrate various design media into design stories
  • Develop their own approach learning and practicing storytelling with media techniques

  2. Design is Storytelling by Ellen Lupton (paperback)  cost between $6.95‐$15 with used versions available  can be purchased online (Amazon, Thriftbooks, Abe Books)  currently on reserve for this course at the OSU Fine Arts library

  • Students use a variety of basic drawing materials in this course

  • All required digital readings and videos will be posted on Carmen

This is an in person 3 credit hour course that meets for 2:40 two times a week
